Refund Policy

At The Gleam Store, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make things right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

  • Condition: For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective seals (if any) still intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Personal care items (e.g., used skincare products, opened beauty tools)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Please note that we do not accept returns on items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team gleamstore.in@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a brief reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back to us before requesting a return and receiving our confirmation.

4. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item with a value over ₹2,000, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and a tracking number helps ensure its safe arrival.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm its arrival. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund based on our return policy criteria.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

  • Then, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account.

  • If you've followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at gleamstore.in@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please send us an email at gleamstore.in@gmail.com, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.
